Keith Coleman, LEED AP

President, Design and Construction Services

Keith has dual BS degrees from the University of Cincinnati in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with over 25 years of experience in construction. Keith has completed design/build projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $18M, including everything from ground-up developments to Class A office tenant improvement projects. A large portion of his career has been focused on large, industrial warehousing and light manufacturing developments, including many projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Anita Manring

Controller / Human Resources

Anita Manring has over 30 years of extensive administrative and accounting experience in all facets of management. Her 7 years of experience in management, procurement and human resources for multi divisional companies with revenue in excess of 40 million, makes Anita an asset as the Controller of Brocon.

Tony Marino, LEED AP

Vice President

Tony brings over 30 years of highly diversified construction experience to Brocon. He has worked on numerous projects as either an on-site superintendent or project manager with budgets ranging from $50K to $50M. He has overseen construction of Single and Multi-family Residential Developments, Class A Commercial Office Space, Industrial and Light Manufacturing ground up construction as well as some Historical Renovation. Tony is also a LEED Accredited Professional who is committed to customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Dan Tooker

Project Manager

Dan has over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry specializing in new construction and tenant improvements. Since completing the Carpenters Local 200 (4) Year Apprenticeship Program in 1986, Dan has gained an in-depth knowledge while working as a carpenter, foreman, and superintendent before being promoted to Project Manager in 1999. Dan has completed projects with budgets ranging from $10K to $2.5 million and is involved in all aspects of construction including estimating, scope development, and on-site management while ensuring that each project meets the time, cost, and quality expectations of the customer.

Steve Rowe

Project Manager

Steve manages Brocon’s Specialty Projects group as a dedicated Project Manager servicing The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center including 14 outlying facilities. Steve has more than 20 years of experience and employment with Brocon Construction. With his thorough knowledge, acquired after valuable years of field and estimating experience, he successfully manages 21 full-time employees and prepares cost estimates and proposals for 10 OSUMC Project Managers. As a team the Specialty Projects group efficiently fulfills daily maintenance work orders, emergency repairs and small renovation projects. Steve’s ability to provide effective estimating and careful job planning has maintained an excellent working relationship with OSUMC for the past 10 years.

Eric Arnett

Project Manager

Eric has over 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, 4 of those years as a member of Brocon’s General Contracting division. He has worked on a variety of projects with budgets ranging from $25K to $5 million. Eric is dedicated to customer satisfaction and it’s reflected in his communication and management on each project.

Dominic Marino

Project Manager

Dominic has been with Brocon since 2015. He spent the first 3 years gaining field experience while earning an Associate degree in Construction Management and a BS in Applied Management from Ohio University. Dominic has managed dozens of projects with budgets ranging from $10k to $1 million.

Shawn Geddes

Senior Estimator

Shawn works within Brocon’s Self-Perform group and possess over 20 years of experience and employment with Brocon Construction. In conjunction with his field experience and estimating knowledge, Shawn holds a solid understanding of drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, general carpentry and interior finishes such as doors/frames/hardware and restroom accessories. Shawn provides thorough, comprehensive pricing for projects ranging from $1K to $2 million including hospital, medical office, corporate office, retail space, warehouse and worship facilities. Shawn alongside the field supervisors and field crew, together work as a team dedicated to providing a quality product on schedule.

Vicki White

Project Accountant

Vicki has a BS degree in Accounting from Franklin University. She has over 25 years accounting experience in the construction industry. Vicki has been involved in all aspects of the construction process, including bidding, budgeting, contracting, and accounting for a NYSE Home Builder, trade subcontractors and most recently a non-profit organization. Her accounting experience has included maintaining financials for companies with assets in excess of $100M. Vicki is excited to be at Brocon where she can use her achievements and experience to help the company succeed.

Carol Hendricks

Project Accountant

Carol is currently our Project Accountant for the General Contracting Division. She has been with Brocon since December of 2016 and has gained experience in all facets of the construction process. She is recognized for her dedicated performance which has led her to two promotions. With her extensive customer service background, attention to details and passion for the continued success of Brocon, we expect great things from Carol!

Bryan Goodrich

Safety Coordinator

Bryan has over 20 years of managerial experience and has been with Brocon Construction, Inc. for 10 years. He has successfully completed many safety-related courses including Basic Construction Safety (OSHA 30), Construction Safety Elements (OSHA 10), and OSHA Record Keeping. With a primary responsibility for the Health and Safety program at Brocon, Bryan’s continuing education allows him to stay up to date with industry standards and OSHA regulations so that Brocon remains dedicated to ensuring a safe and injury-free work environment.
